Es muy importante nuestra primera cita, ya que asi iniciamos el proceso de busqueda y compra. Le pedimos que ese dia nos traiga los siguientes documentos y requisitos:

1. Identificacion con fotografia ( lic. de manejo, matricula, pasaporte)
2. Tarjeta de  SS o  Carta de ITIN#
3. Taxes del 2023 / 2024 (W2 - 1099)
4. Contrato de renta actual
5. Estados de su cuenta de banco 2 meses mas actuales
6. 2 meses de talones de pago

Con esta informacion podremos atenderle mejor y estar en el camino a su nueva casa!

For our first meeting we will require the following documents in order to have everything ready once you pick the house that you are looking for. What we need is:

3. Taxes 2023 / 2024 (W2 or 1099)
4. Lease  contract (current)
5. Bank statements 2 months.
6. 2 month pay stubs
